"The room was clean. However there was very limited staff. My young daughter and I stepped into the center courtyard and was locked out during the early evening. No key access. We had to get rescued by the manager after hearing us pound on different doors. The pool was part of our decision of choosing this hotel. Upon entering it was heavily over chlorinated that burned the eyes. Pool was murky, funny green cloudy and could not see to the bottom. Even my 7 year old which LOVES swimming...
